At Colorado State University, and around the globe, there is a strong community of Latinx students who work hard to foster a successful future for themselves and their peers. Surmounting these barriers and boundaries takes an exceptional amount of drive and ambition, and those traits run deep through the Latinx community. For as long as she can remember, Ashley Parra López has been overcoming obstacles in pursuit of her higher education and goals. Over the next several photos, we will be taken on a journey through the many driving forces in her life that have inspired her career and where her life will take her.
